    Bring your platform lead. We walk your estate, regulatory context and model inventory to confirm the tier, and we will tell you plainly if the assessment is the wrong instrument.

  4. Step 04

    Fixed-fee SOW in two business days

    A statement of work naming the tier, the fixed fee, the team, the seven artifacts, weekly exit criteria, the 50% credit-back clause and the zero-retention schedule.
