Estimator outputs are indicative

The assessment estimator produces directional figures derived from engagement precedent and stated inputs. Outputs are not a quote, an offer, or a commitment to perform services at a stated price or within a stated timeframe.

Final scope, fee and duration are established only in a written statement of work following a technical qualification call.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or third-party information through any form on this site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account or data
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site outside the responsible disclosure process published in our Security Disclosures
• Deploy automated agents to scrape, harvest or overload the service
• Use the site or its content to develop a competing service offering

Intellectual property

All content, methodology descriptions, frameworks, marks and design elements on this site are the property of Aegis Systems or its licensors. No licence is granted except the limited right to view the site for the purpose of evaluating our services.

Deliverables produced under an engagement are governed by the intellectual property terms of the applicable statement of work.

Confidentiality of enquiries

Information submitted through the briefing form is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, you should not submit confidential technical detail, system identifiers, architecture diagrams or regulated data through this form.

A mutual non-disclosure agreement is executed before any such exchange takes place.

Third-party references

References to standards bodies, regulators, frameworks and technology vendors are descriptive. They do not imply endorsement, certification, partnership or affiliation in either direction. Aegis holds no reseller or referral arrangements with any technology vendor.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the applicable engagement agreement, or where none exists, the jurisdiction of our principal place of business.

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance. The effective date above indicates the current version.
